Both the wishes and dreams of the child as well as functionality should be taken into account. It is worth making peace with the child. When I was a few years old, my parents let me choose the furniture: I opted for pink furniture and a navy blue bed with pink and purple patterns. after a few years of peace, I was fed up, he couldn’t grow with me, so I sewed cobwebs to the walls or sewed fabrics around the door to hide it all. Do you want the children’s room to be able to be adapted to the age of the child only by changing a few things, without major renovation? You have to think carefully about the solutions you are introducing – so that you do not end up with teenage Agnieszka calling out cobwebs to cover pink furniture ;-)
Staying in a maritime atmosphere, we upgraded Santa’s room from a kindergarten’s room to a student’s room. On the other hand, introducing a desk into a long and narrow room turned out to be very difficult and forced changes in the entire organization of the room. How did we do? Check!
Children’s corner in the office? I used to say that it is impossible with us, but since we are struggling with the pandemic, closed schools and kindergartens, children are more and more frequent guests in our office. They visit us at work or spend their free time with us here. It also often happens that they come to the office children of our clients or co-workers. And if so, we wanted them to have their place here! Without a doubt, with such a corner we work several times faster than when bored children wander around the office … and we follow them.

As part of the topic “Layette for the newborn baby”I have already shown you sleeping corner our baby changing and care corner and we have one more, unique place, created especially for a new member of our family – a feeding corner.
As the child grows, his needs change, so gradually some of the furniture and gadgets disappeared from St. Nicholas’ Children’s Room, replaced with elements more suitable for an adolescent boy. And so from our baby’s room only the wardrobe and bed remained, and the room evolved into a kindergarten’s children’s room with separate sleeping, learning and fun areas. I invite you inside.
