Can I have healthy and beautiful hair?

As long as I can remember, I've only complained about my hair. Because too thin, because the ends are dry, because the ends are split, because they always flop, because they get tangled and the bane of the last months - they are electrifying. I plant them forever and, dissatisfied with the effect of "drowning" (that's what my Grandma used to say), i.e. long, tangled pods, I cut them off. The shorter the better.
And what did I really do for my hair? For the last year? Two? All my life
Eternal dyeing. Yes, for many years the metamorphosis was my middle name. Once blond, sometimes black, sometimes red. Dyed at home and at the hairdresser, too often and too violently. Straightened with a straightener or twisted with hot rollers, and even perms. Seriously!!!
Nutrition? Nooooo, after the conditioner it "flaps", they are so heavily burdened. So the conditioner only on holidays, and on a daily basis only shampoo, struggling with a comb, brush and dryer. The best one in the shape of a round brush to wind the hair, brew it and boil it. All this to reflect them so that they do not clap and it seems as if I have some more, even for a while. And all this varnish. Much.
Delighted with the beautiful hair that I have recently passionately admired on the Internet and Instagram, I decided to stop whining about mine and finally take care of it!
This is a perfect moment, because before pregnancy I completely stopped dying them, so I have a completely natural color and the hair is not damaged by paints.
I started nursing with education. Have you read the ingredients of a standard hair shampoo? One from a drugstore or even a pharmacy? Such for 5 and 35 zlotys? In 99% of cases, Sodium Laureth Sulfate is in the lead. Synthetic detergents, used in industry for a long time to ... wash and degrease floors and machines. Yummy! Thanks to them, the shampoo foams better. So what if the skin is irritated and dry afterwards? That they are harmful? That they disturb the entire hydrolipid balance? That they accumulate in the body reaching sky-high concentrations?
And conditioners consisting primarily of silicones, which instead of nourishing the hair just stick the hair, preventing the penetration of nutrients, camouflaging their imperfections?
Yes… you could find all these cosmetics on my shelf. Even those from pharmacies like KLORANE based on hinina or Dermena ... unfortunately everywhere SLS and harmful substances.
So I decided to learn more about hair care. Here Ania's blog came to my aid ANWEN How to care for your hair. I've been spending a lot of time on him over the past few weeks. Thanks to him, Oil stimulating hair growth has already appeared on my shelf with cosmetics - Khadi, made almost from herbs only. natural ingredients, and straight from Japan, hair flies to me Kaminomoto. On average, I oil my hair twice a week, each time I perform a head massage, for which I use a waterproof edition of my favorite brush Tangle Teezer (pictured above). Every day I use the standard version of the brush Tangle Teezerbecause nothing is so wonderful and delicately detangling my delicate, tangled hair. Such a massage stimulates circulation in the scalp, and most importantly, it is so pleasant! Wojtek likes her too and he steals from me sometimes! I don't know what this piece of plastic is so magical about, but we love it! So I gave it to Mum and Sister - it's my reliable way to get a proven little thing.
However, it was hardest for me to choose natural shampoo, without SLS, parabens, silicones or mineral oils. AND conditioner to complete. It is impossible to hide, these preparations are quite rare and quite expensive, and I was afraid that I would buy more bubbles, not suited to my type of hair, which will litter my bathroom and pluck my wallet. The more I read, the less I knew, and finding a natural shampoo for thin hair that is very static, so delicate that it is suitable for everyday use, and strong enough to wash the cosmetics for styling was a big difficulty for me. So I decided to go to the Hairdresser, in whose hands I gave myself some year ago, and who has a similar crazy about a healthy lifestyle as our whole family. And what? I couldn't find a better place. She matched my shampoo and mask to my hair, which perfectly matched my requirements: energizing shampoo INSIGHT DAILY USE and the mask to complete. We also discussed exactly how to wash my hair (if only once every day) and how to apply a mask (4 cm from the root, hold 5-10 minutes). The shampoo has a large capacity and a bottle with a dispenser and I think I will have at least half a year.
The hairdresser immediately rated KHADI oil as worth trying and thanks to this I have a complete care plan tailored to my hair.
I look forward to the effects of my new care, which of course I will share with you. Already the first use of a new shampoo and mask eliminated the static from the hair that I had struggled with for the past few months (no shop conditioners, neither those for rinsing, nor those without rinsing, mists, nothing!).
It seems to me that healthy and beautiful hair is largely a predisposition of each of us. There are people who can use any cosmetics for daily care, dye their hair and undergo many styling treatments, and they still have thick and strong hair. Unfortunately, I do not belong to such, but I think that in every situation it is worth fighting for nicer and healthier hair.

I will not praise because you have probably heard so many compliments about your site that mine will not matter much, but it really is an original site. I have never had the opportunity to see so much interesting information in one place, I will definitely visit you here more often. Hope you never stop sharing your knowledge.

My hit is this hot hair oiling treatment, the condition of my hair has improved a lot 🙂
ann
great tutorial, not only for beginners, thanks! 🙂

My Wax Pilomax cosmetics are my way for healthy and beautiful hair.
agata
Have you ever tried silace trichoplex peeling? is great!
Dorota
Each of us can have. You just need to find the right cosmetics that will help us in this. Personally, I use Pilomax and I am very happy with them, because I do not have any hair problems. And that's what this is about 🙂
Justine
My way is proven cosmetics, for hair regeneration, for my mother :). Wax Pilomax has served us for years.
Angela
Oh, I will try this Insight at 100% because it has dried up my mind lately 😐
Agnieszka
My mother's Insight has also dried up - the one in the Hair Loss version, my one does not dry me, maybe everyone has to find their own, luckily there are also tiny capacities

SLS and heat stacking is a hair murder. To have beautiful hair you have to give them up and you should also support them with horsetail and nettle. In addition, they also wonderfully affect
skin and nails. I have been taking Bio - Silica Max for a long time now
enriched with vitamins and minerals, generally a full package that makes up
all deficiencies related to aging. Looking in the mirror I see
that it works better than any cosmetics.
Agnieszka
SLS has been eliminated, I cannot eliminate the hot stinging 🙁 unfortunately I look very bad otherwise ... I supplement the minerals that I am missing - I did an analysis of the hair composition and I know exactly what I am missing, but you are right about this creak, I could download it.

Recently, I can't agree with my hair :) The change of shampoo and conditioner did not help, oiling and hairdresser treatments did not help. I am waiting for autumn already, because I blame the sun and the high frequency of bathing and washing hair.
Agnieszka
Maybe it's worth changing your shampoo to a softer one?

I am a hair man for about three years and in the end, even though I dye my hair blonde, it is in really good condition. Without SLES OR SLS you have a lot of Russian shampoos, such as natura siberica or love2mix. And they are not expensive. Besides, SLES is not as scary as it is painted 🙂 silicones as well. For me, hair oiling is the key. You don't see the effects right away, but I assure you that it pays off systematically. Unfortunately, at the beginning, hair after a failed experiment may look worse than before, but in the end it is worth it. I recommend the blogs Anwen and BlondHairCare - a treasure trove of knowledge. Good luck in the fight for a more beautiful hair!
Agnieszka
Thanks for the advice! And I add Russian shampoos to the list - so I need to learn more about them.

I, in turn, love coconut oil from Vatiki. His hair is shiny and loose. I use regularly and love it
Agnieszka
I save! When I exhaust what I have, I will read and test. I tried bio coconut oil - the same one I use in my kitchen and it works too 🙂

I was taken by hair maniacs two years ago ("lucky" that I had a low-involvement job and was able to make up most of the entries on Anwen and BlondHairCare). Two months after the introduction of advanced care, the effects are amazing. It is true that I am too lazy and my care is stagnant from time to time: / We probably have a similar type of hair, for me the Fructis Mega volume shampoo works - there is no SLS, and it is the only shampoo that does not weigh down my hair. I also appreciate conditioners and masks from Alterra. I also recommend fenugreek for falling out / increasing volume. It works wonders, you just need to be regular 🙂 I keep my fingers crossed for your beautiful and healthy hair!
Agnieszka
Ania - you gave me wings! And today I picked up the fenugreek from the pharmacy because I just read that it works wonders! I laugh that since we are motivated at the beginning and then by habit, I must read "The Strength of Habit" as soon as possible in order to persevere in the care. I give myself a year of time, and if nothing changes, I will buy the cheapest shampoo 😉
Alterra - um ... Rossmann is my most visited drugstore, and I've never had anything from this series! I must take a closer look at them! Unfortunately, recently I have been disappointed with so many pseudo-natural and pseudo-ecological cosmetics that I refuse to look for more.
