Parenting

Parenting – a foreign word, but so well known to all of us. Parenthood, motherhood, motherhood. Closeness. I am a mother myself, so I know what problems my parents are struggling with – both present and waiting. You will read here both about spending time with children and upbringing, as well as completing a layette for a baby. You can write a lot about parenting. First you are a parent of a newborn, then an infant, a child, a teenager, an adult … and then a lot does not change, only we are getting younger ;-) Parenting is not easy, no matter what stage of parenting you are at. Therefore, I hope that my posts will help you at least a little in ensuring the best childhood and shaping young people.

Healthy food – a whole day menu for children and families | Winter

Healthy food and a menu for the whole day is not an easy matter if you do not have enough inspiration for cooking. I don’t like cooking myself, but what is not done out of love for my family? Because I like to take care of my boys and what they eat, I invite you to my kitchen where I will share recipes for healthy food for the whole winter day and I will show you how to prepare an exemplary all-day menu, from shopping to breakfast, lunch, lunch and afternoon tea, using a lot of healthy products.

An oasis of peace and a balm for the soul, eye and palate – 40 minutes from Warsaw

So far, for holidays with children, I have chosen places that are very friendly to them, but those in which I had a guarantee that they would not be the loudest ;-), i.e. large hotels with endless running corridors, created in the first place for parents with children. This time I had a great desire to spend my time a bit differently – quieter, more peaceful, more beautiful, but still very comfortable, with two lively kids aged 2 and 4,5 years. In the countryside, but also close to the city.

Child care – a guide to children’s cosmetics compositions

Children’s skin has many very important functions – it is a protective barrier that protects them from the outside world, regulates its temperature using the function of sweat and is a tool that ensures contact with the world thanks to the sense of touch. How is it worth taking care of the skin from the first days of life so that it performs all its functions in the best possible way? What changes should you make over time as your child grows up? And above all, how to read cosmetics compositions to make good decisions standing in front of the bending store shelf? And this is necessary, because unfortunately on drugstore and pharmacy shelves you will find a whole lot of products containing substances that can cause allergies and other adverse skin reactions.
